A Message from the Executive Director, Strategy & Development

AGHA Festival has been established with a bold vision: to become one of Africa's leading cultural festivals — celebrating heritage, inspiring generations and creating lasting economic, social and cultural impact.

The Festival is more than a cultural celebration. It is a strategic platform bringing together culture, tourism, business, entertainment, enterprise and community development within one internationally recognised event. By connecting government, traditional institutions, corporate organisations, investors, entrepreneurs, creative industries, members of the diaspora and visitors from around the world, AGHA Festival will showcase Nigeria's rich heritage while stimulating tourism, investment and sustainable economic opportunities.

My responsibility is to provide strategic, commercial and governance oversight across sponsorship, partnerships, revenue development, market expansion, risk management, programme and project design, development, delivery and the long-term sustainability of the Festival.

My background combines business administration and accounting, corporate strategy, technology, artificial intelligence, FinTech, regulatory compliance, healthcare and entrepreneurship. I currently oversee a portfolio of more than seven brands and over twenty five business divisions, supported by four academic qualifications and more than twenty professional certifications.

This experience shapes the commercial and governance framework of AGHA Festival. Sponsors and strategic partners can expect their investment to be managed through clear budgets, documented financial controls, defined milestones, risk monitoring, transparent reporting and measurable deliverables.

We are not approaching sponsorship as a simple financial contribution towards an event. We are developing strategic partnerships designed to deliver meaningful brand visibility, commercial value, audience engagement, corporate social impact and long-term association with one of Africa's most ambitious cultural initiatives.

Our vision extends beyond hosting a successful Festival. We are building a lasting legacy that preserves heritage, empowers communities, promotes enterprise, inspires young people and creates opportunities for future generations.

We invite your organisation to become a founding partner of this historic inaugural edition. Together, we can create an internationally recognised event that celebrates our past, shapes our future, strengthens our economy and showcases the very best of Nigeria to the world.
